FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
This is a customer facing position who leads the bowling operation and oversees the Concourse position. This position may be Full or Part Time based on availability and need. Here is a brief description of some of the responsibilities of this position:
- Be courteous, welcoming and provide excellent customer service.
- Work well with others and communicate as part of a team.
- Run a modern touch-screen POS system.
- Answer guest questions in-person or on the phone.
- Check bowlers in and out. Help them with getting the right size shoes and bowling ball.
- Ensure tables and the bowling area are clean before assigning a new lane.
- Oversee workers in the Concourse position.
- Complete other necessary tasks and duties.
This position can be expanded to include League duties, Marketing and more for a person who displays promise, ability and drive. The right person in this position can grow into an Assistant Manager.
RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER
This position is expected to be customer facing and the roles can include: Cashier, Kitchen, Grill, Fry, Bar or Dishwashing. Those looking for part-time work in the evenings and on the weekends are a great fit. Applicants 21 and over are preferred due to age requirements for certain duties. Job duties include: providing great customer service, taking food and drink orders, serving food and drinks, cooking, using a modern mobile POS system, stocking, cleaning and other daily tasks. MECHANIC / PINSETTER TECHNICIAN
The primary purposes of these positions is to maintain customer satisfaction by quickly correcting minor Pinsetter malfunctions, preventing malfunctions through preventative maintenance and providing playable Lane conditions by using the Lane Machine to clean and oil the Lanes as regularly.
These positions are primarily non-customer facing. These positions can be Full or Part-Time based on need and availability. These positions do require availability on nights and weekends. Previous Pinsetter experience is NOT required, but a willingness to continually learn is.
The responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to:
- Immediately correcting minor Pinsetter malfunctions while bowling is in progress.
- Tracking trouble calls
- Maintain a log of items for the Lead Mechanic to address
- Using our Lane Machine to clean and oil the Lanes regularly, including raising and lowering the machine between the upright and operating positions
- Regularly dust mopping the gutter caps, gutters and approaches
- Spot cleaning the approaches to remove marks or food / drinks
- Assist the Lead Mechanic to complete regular machine maintenance and cleaning
- Maintaining the Mechanic work area through regular cleaning
These positions do NOT require previous experience. These positions are generally independent and require self-motivation. These positions are physically demanding. To perform the duties of these positions an employee must stand, walk, climb, lift, bend at the waist and knee, use hands, reach with arms, crouch and crawl.
